Ebara Elliott Energy's first service operation outside of the United States was established in 1968 in Switzerland. Our fleet of machinery in Europe and the Middle East was growing and there was a customer need for new equipment installations, startups, overhauls, and a localized service operation. Based in the heart of Europe and close to international aviation hubs serving Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, Lachen is ideally located to provide a timely response to customers throughout the region. The location serves as the field service headquarters for the entire EMA region day. Ebara Elliott Energy EMA employees provide field service and related support activities.
The Tuggen training center, which provides extensive technical training for staff and ustomers, is located just eight minutes from Lachen. Its headquarters-based professional trainers have many years of field knowledge, experience, and expertise.
